Eligibility for Returns
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
- Sale items or gift cards are final sale unless otherwise stated.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and the return address (within Europe).
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5–7 business days), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take an additional 3–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Only the product price is refunded; shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest service.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
